Use of the loyalty card implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of use.

• One stamp is earned for each purchase of a fully-priced greetings card (not to include sale items, discounted items, or special offers).

• The free card can be selected from any item from our current greetings card range to the value of £3 (subject to availability).

• To redeem your complimentary greetings card, customers must first purchase 9 greetings cards and accumulate stamps on the Austin & Co Loyalty Card.  Separate cards may be combined to redeem the free greeting card provided there are at least nine stamps accumulated in total.

• Stamps will not be issued without the presentation of a valid Austin & Co Loyalty card.  

• The Austin & Co Loyalty Card is not transferable nor redeemable for cash.    

• Austin & Co reserves the right to alter any aspect of this promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
